Skills Forums

Greater Merseyside Learning Providers’ Federation is committed to a sector approach to work based learning. Practice shows it’s the best way of meeting the skills needs of employers and young people.

We support and facilitate several Skills Forums, each one made up of local work-based learning providers representing a specific sector. The aim of each Skills Forum is to promote apprenticeships in their sector, improve the quality of training, increase employer engagement and improve the level of achievement by young people.
